Victoria Gost, Assoc. AIA

DESIGNER

Victoria is passionate about architecture that is ecologically sustainable and accessible to all. Deeply invested in form and material, she is interested in how the built environment can radically alter our relationships to the world around us. Victoria is an enthusiastic student of emergent architectural technologies, and is as committed to learning as much about real-world design in both theoretical and mechanical capacities.

Victoria began her work as an architectural designer at the University of California, Davis, where she majored in design with an emphasis in architecture and minored in architecture history. She developed a love of architectural practice in her work at UC Davis’s Design and Construction Management office. She graduated with her Bachelors of Arts in 2020.

From 2021 to 2024 Victoria worked toward her M.Arch. at the University of Oregon, where she specialized in architectural technologies. During this time she developed her interest in sustainable building materials such as mass timber and rammed earth, as well as the ways which architecture can serve the human and natural environments.

At modus studio, Victoria continues to work hard to design buildings that reflect her ideals and respond meaningfully to the environment that her work will always be in conversation with. She is an avid rock climber and can almost always be found hiking the many many beautiful trails of Northwest Arkansas.
