Valley Springs High School

Valley Springs, Arkansas

Valley Springs High School is a beacon, sitting proudly on a prominent corner of campus, representing the community's historic commitment to education. The translucent glow on the exterior of the library serves as a reminder of the former greenhouse that was once a visual marker on this site for many years, and the gabion walls contain hand-placed limestone from a local quarry less than a mile from campus. The brand new two-story, 26,810 square foot 9-12th grade facility includes 11 classrooms, a physics lab, a biology lab, a project lab, and a computer lab. The project was completed on time and on budget, while modus studio also assisted the district in completing a new greenhouse and a new roof for the elementary school before fall classes began.
