112 West Center

Fayetteville, arkansas

112 West Center, formerly known as E.J. Ball Plaza, is also the former headquarters of modus studio. We spent the majority of our first five years on the fifth floor of this 7-story, international-style tower designed by renowned Fayetteville architect Warren Segraves. We’re thrilled to have been a part of its significant improvements lead by the joint venture of Newmark Moses Tucker and Specialized Real Estate Group.

Originally built as a bank in 1965, all seven levels plus the basement (a total of 58,000 square feet) have now been renovated into class A office and retail space. The main entrance and lobby have been opened up to allow for more visibility and new display windows. A new entry portal topped with a fourth floor balcony hosts extensive views of the downtown square and surrounding mountains. Lobby renovations include marble elevator surrounds, new seating, and custom tenant signage. Office spaces range from 500 to 5,500 square feet. The basement level has also been extensively reworked to include shared locker rooms, showers, bike racks, an herb garden, and outdoor seating. Tenants are now located in the basement as well, including a yoga studio and a bourbon bar.
