Eco Frames

As a part of modus studio’s design of Eco Modern Flats, a sustainable multi-family complex renovation, modus shop was chosen to fabricate and erect a series of privacy walls for patios and other spaces around the property. The frames are constructed of painted steel tubes mounted to small concrete footings with anchor plates concealed in the landscape. Cedar boards are applied to the exterior of the frames to provide a cohesive aesthetic that follows the architectural design intent of the complex.
