Construction is going vertical at phase one of Specialized Real Estate Group's South Yard development in Fayetteville. This birds-eye view of one of the five buildings in the multifamily phase on South School Avenue shows the first of four floors being framed, along with locations for footings for the soon-to-be covered porches and stairs.
