alli preston passes NCIDQ exam.

Aug 02, 2023

We want to congratulate Alli Preston, interior designer at modus studio, for recently passing the NCIDQ exam! Preston is a graduate of the University of Arkansas Fay Jones School of Architecture + Design with a bachelor of interior design and a minor in religious studies. She joined modus studio in 2022 and has worked earnestly with our project teams to use interior design as a way to enhance experiences and express the local context of a space in a meaningful way.

The National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) certification is a rigorous three-part exam that evaluates the minimum entry-level competency in interior design, with a particular focus on aspects that influence public access, health, life safety, and overall well-being. As the sole nationally recognized professional competency exam for interior designers in the United States and Canada, it serves as a standard for assessing the proficiency and knowledge of aspiring interior design professionals, ensuring they meet the required standards and qualifications in the field.

Congratulations, Alli Preston, ASID!
