Our talented construction specialist Nick Holbus is adventuring into new opportunities. What better way to send a cyclist off on a new journey than to spend the afternoon exploring the UCI Cyclo-cross World Championship course with a modus-designed pavilion?

Principal architect Chris Baribeau, and project manager Michael Pope, gave the modus staff a tour of the recently completed pavilion. It serves as a central gathering point with restrooms and other needs for the cycling-activated Centennial Park at Millsap Mountain in Fayetteville.

Nick is a man of many talents. While at modus, he was our waterproofing guru, in-house bike mechanic, champion of diversity and inclusion, compost master, drone pilot, and all-around critical thinker. He will certainly be missed! We wish him the best of luck in his new endeavor!
