Can you believe it? Modus Studio is celebrating another anniversary today. We're so thankful for all the creativity and collaboration that has brought us here. From our incredible clients, consultants, contractors, friends, and family to our talented architects, designers, and fabricators – your support has meant the world.

Since our founding in 2008, the open studio environment we've created in downtown Fayetteville has fostered a unique and collaborative process where the continuous exchange of ideas between a skilled collective of designers is critical to the success of our projects. While our work has expanded nationwide, we're still proud to call Northwest Arkansas home and remain committed to making a positive impact on our community.
