verve wins two ASID awards.

Verve St. Louis has received TWO Excellence in Design Awards from the South Central Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers. The project received Gold in the multi-family project category for the overall design and Gold in the custom detail category for the club booth design.

Verve is an apartment community located in the heart of Midtown on the edge of the St. Louis University campus. Designed for socializing, relaxing, and energizing, Verve contains 79 units, a mix of studio, one, two, and four-bedroom apartments, along with numerous amenities that provide a vibrant place to call home. Our interior design team was tasked with creating warm and inviting spaces that maintain the project's overall design intent. The result is a Scandinavian-influenced aesthetic, with wood features complementing a muted color palette, and black and white elements carrying the design language seamlessly from the public to private areas.
