We're excited to announce that the LifeHouse Crisis Maternity Home in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is now under construction! This building will facilitate much-needed social services to vulnerable individuals to break the bonds of poverty, abuse, and limited access to resources, giving moms and their babies a fighting chance to live healthy and productive lives. Located along the Mississippi River on a 2-acre site, this new facility will include 15 units, each housing one resident (mother) and her child(ren), indoor and outdoor community spaces, and administrative office space for LifeHouse and Catholic Charities' housing and community pregnancy support programs.
