Each year, modus creates the awards for the winners of Pack Rat Outdoor Center's Brewha Bushwhack held in the forest surrounding Arkansas' scenic Mulberry River. These oak "medallions" are highly sought-after by teams from across the country.

The Brewha is a team-based adventure challenge where what you know is more important than how fast you are, and teams rely heavily on primitive technology and woodlore. Skills such as navigation, primitive fire building, rope skills, plant and animal identification, archery, paddling, wilderness first aid, and shelter building are needed to succeed. Proceeds from the event benefit the Mulberry River Society.
