modus celebrates nine years.

You may not believe this, but modus studio is nine years old today! While our infancy was spent crammed into the spare room of our principal architect’s home, we now work comfortably in a modern, downtown Fayetteville office and fabrication shop, giving us even more ability to share the modus experience with our community. Thanks to our many wonderful designers, clients, contractors, and consultants, we have and will continue building impactful projects all across our region and beyond. Happy 9th birthday, modus!
