living+learning design begins.

Design work is beginning on our latest project on the University of Arkansas campus, a residence hall complex on Stadium Drive. This 700+ bed facility located just east of Bud Walton Arena will be one of the largest projects on campus and the largest ever for Modus Studio.

We're extremely excited about our partnership on this project with St. Louis based Mackey Mitchell Architects and Boston based Leers Weinzapfel Associates. Our team is looking forward to combining our educational and housing experience to create a living and learning community for the students on campus.
