greenway office park receives masterprize.

We're pleased to announce that Greenway Office Park is an Architecture MasterPrize winner in the Restoration + Renovation category! Not only that, but the Greenland School District Administration Office and the Osage Park Pavilion both received Honorable Mention in the Small Architecture and Recreational Architecture categories, respectively. Many thanks to The Architecture MasterPrize program, our design partners at Ecological Design Group, our visionary clients at Blue Crane, Greenland School District, and Trailblazers, and the entire design and construction teams!

This is modus studio's second project to receive the Architecture Masterprize. In 2022, Coler Mountain Bike Preserve received the Best of Best in the Recreational Architecture category. Two of our other projects have received Honorable Mention in the past, including England Elementary School and Centennial Park Pavilion in 2023.
