Sequoyah Point is a renovation to an existing ranch style house located in Fayetteville, AR. Sited on the top of Mt. Sequoyah the house shares some of the finest views to the east overlooking the valley. The project consist of remodeling the interior kitchen area, opening up the living space, and making a connection to the pool deck below. The 2-story house is poised for entertaining and the currently layout of the house is very flexible for the modern open living that the project desires.
