emerging

Each year, AIA Arkansas (American Institute of Architects) presents a distinguished award to one architect in the state who has been licensed for less than 10 years and has set examples with their contributions to the advancement of architectural design, design discourse, the AIA and its leadership, architectural education, nurturing and mentoring of next generation architects, and the betterment of the local community. This year our very own Chris Baribeau received the 2011 AIA Arkansas Emerging Professional Award.

On behalf of the entire Modus team, I would like to say congratulations to Chris on this immense achievement. We are all extremely proud to work with someone who desires to have such a positive effect on the built environment around us. I would also like to personally thank Chris for leading by example. His tireless efforts and commitment to the profession of architecture help us and the rest of the public to understand the ever-expanding role of the architect and the importance of good design in everyday life.
